Happy New Year everyone. 1) Recess - 10.45 am - 11.15 am 2) Bring signed report book for those who have not done so. 3) Letter from Traffic Police is given. 4) Sch Medical Record form is given. Update and hand in on Monday 5/1. 5) Letter for temp-taking is given. Pls bring a ziplock bag. Put the thermometer inside. Make sure you write your name and class on the outside. Pls check at home to see if its working. If not, either put in a new battery or buy a new thermometer. Hand in on Mon to Mrs Thomasz. 6) Check and verify particulars on Student Details Report Form. Hand in on Monday. Parent to sign at the back of the form. 7) Pls cont to check class Blog ( same address) re homework or instructions. 8) Bring wrapped books or files not given yet. ( Grammar HB, yellow file, brown file, SS WB, Spelling ex, Eureka Science WB, 2 HE WBs, blue WE ex bk, ) 9) Bring a small padlock for your locker on Monday.
