1) Sch ends at 11 am tomorrow. Bring your food items and place them on your desks. Wear your Chinese New Year costumes to sch. If you don't have any, just wear the sch uniform or the PE attire to school. 2) A gentle reminder- individual photo-taking on Thursday 6 February. Must wear full sch uniform including tie.

1) There have been a few queries regarding the bringing of the journal to school. Pupils cane keep the journal at home. AS and when, pupils are required to write entries for the journal, I will get them to write it in their homework diary and then , they will pass it up the following Monday before school. 2) Many pupils have still not handed in the Social Studies pupils. When I gave out the books yesterday, I relised that there were a few pupils who did not hand in their books earlier. It could be that these pupils have the books in their lockers or under the desks. 3) Pls revise Spelling ( Unit 3 and 4 ) for tomorrow. 4) A gentle reminder abt the class party on Thursday from 10 am to 10.50 am and the need for us to start clearing up at 10.50 am. Thanks! I will need parent volunteers to come and help us preapre the tables and the food before the party starts and also when it ends. Thanks! Pupils will leave their food items on their desks in the morning when they arrive so that the parent volunteers can retrieve the items from the pupils and prepare for the party. Thanks so much. 5) Many pupils are still writing with blunt pencils. Pls remind your sons to prepare for school the following night and sharpen their three pencils. Thanks so much! 6) The pupils Eng WS UNits 1-3 have been filed in the brown file. Parent to check and sign on the front cover of all units . Revise and hand in after CNY. 7) Some pupils have not completed the FTGP booklet Pg 19. Pls complete and hand in.

1) Do Pg 17 FTGP. Hand in before sch on Monday. 2) Get a notebook. ( like the traditional old sch style blue notebk, Wrap with wrapping paper. Then, cover with plastic after writing name, class and subject (My Journal). For the 1st entry, write be 1 to 3 lines on "My Hobby". Leave a line and draw a line across after completing your entry. Pass up on Monday before sch. 3) Learn Spelling . (Unit 3 and 4) for next Wed. 4) Do Pg 8 of Unit 3 WS. Draw and colour. Write one sentence to describe your favourite air transport. Hand in before sch on Monday.

1) Pls revise Spelling 1 (Units 1 and 2). The list will be tested tomorrow. 2) Pls collect a big leaf ( big enough for writing) and dry it. Then put in it a small plastic bag, write your name and class on the outside and bring to school for safekeeping by next Monday. It will be used for activity for Terrific Tuesday. 1) Baby Health Booklets and a separate envelope with documents) have been returned to all pupils, except the absentees for today. ( Corey and Nathanael) Parents, pls take note that some of your sons have been referred to Health Promotion Board. Pls take note of the date and bring your son for his check-up. Pupils have also been given a document/s pertaining to the check-up. Pls file the documents at the back of the Health Booklets as they will be referred to in future check-ups in the higher levels. 1) Sharpen at least 3 pencils and bring to school. 2) Pupils have to write their name, class and date on the lines provided at the top of each new worksheet. 3) Parents, please help to revise upper case and lower case letters with your son. I have noticed that many pupils are still confused over the use of the letters. 4) Complete Eng WS Unit 1 - last page. Parent to sign on the front cover. Hand in WS tomorrow on the floor in the classroom when you report for school in the morning. 5) Bring FTGP Booklet, if you have not done so.
